Calif. Gov't officials personal cell phones - not so private anymore

As if the possibility of hacking, malware and spying isn't enough, California Government officials may now have to disclose certain information on their personal devices. Emails or text messages stored on private electronic devices of government officials is subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act. City of San Jose v.
